Even during the recent economic difficulties, Royal Jet (a charter company) has continued to grow., according to R. Randall Padfield for AINonline. The company, based in Abu Dhabi, had annual yearly increases of 25 – 30% until 2009, when it saw a 15% increase in bookings. A new brokerage firm linked to Royal Jet is expected to bring in over $1 million in profits.
The largest BBJ operator in the world, Royal Jet is currently renovating its 5 jets for $50 million.
