FAA May Release Private Jet Flight Info

Information about aircraft using the federal airspace is usually open to the public, but business plane owners have the option of blocking tail numbers. A Freedom of Information request has prompted the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) to now release that information, but the NBAA has filed a motion to block that move and is prepared to fight it in court.
